This mandatory programme provided students with a clear and structured understanding of the procedures required for the successful completion of their industrial training component\u2014an essential element of the NDT qualification.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The session ensured that students were fully informed about both internal ITUM protocols and the formal requirements of the National Apprentice &amp; Industrial Training Authority (NAITA), enabling them to approach their upcoming training with confidence and clarity.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" streamlined overview of the responsibilities and documentation required throughout their training journey.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Placement and Registration<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students were briefed on the mandatory nature of industrial training, which consists of two 26-week full-time placements completed during Semester V and Semester VI.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Key guidance included:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Students must independently search for suitable placement organizations.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">All training must be undertaken at a NAITA-registered Training Organization.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If unable to secure a placement, students must formally declare this within one month of the semester commencement.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Once a placement is confirmed, students must submit the Worksite Form, Contract Form, and Training Schedule, inform their Training Coordinator, and complete NAITA registration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n<style type=\"text\/css\" data-created_by=\"avia_inline_auto\" The collaborative effort ensured that students across all divisions received consistent, accurate guidance aligned with national training standards.
