By delivering the session within each division\u2019s Career Guidance timetable, students benefited from both continuity and relevance to their field of study.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Strong student engagement across divisions reflected the timeliness and importance of the programme, setting a strong foundation as they prepare for their industrial placements in 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Curated and conceptualized by Dr. Ruchira Wijesena, Head of the Industrial Training, Career Guidance, and Post Diploma Education Centre, the sessions were collaboratively delivered by Dr. Wijesena, Mr. Kamalnath Jinadasa, Training Engineer, and the respective Divisional Training Coordinators.
